RE: Euthanasia by Sterilizations

Is there a world wide movement to eliminate the American Indian? According to this site there is: http://www.ratical.com/ratville/sterilize.html. Americans Indians are sterilized against their will. Governments and doctors just take it onto themselves to do this. Is this the world that the citizens of the world want? What makes people that endorse this think that they or their race will not be next?

There is a lot of talk about the rights of people. Does this apply to everyone but the American Indians of the Americas.

Why do the people doing these procedures think they are so right? What right do they have to destroy and entire race?

Now just what did the American Indian contribute to the world. Well do you like to eat? Well read this: http://www.nativecircle.com/iicFood.html.

*The contribution of American Indian peoples to medical practice has been particularly extensive in the field of  pharmacology

Think about it! You could be next.

RE: Voting in Afganistan

The voters of Afghanistan have my admiration I do not know that I could be as brave as they are. This is especially true for the women. Here they go to the polls in spite of threat to life and limb. It takes an incredibly brave people to do this.

Those of us who do not live with this threat should be grateful.

To me, it is inconceivable that people would kill someone just because they want to vote. What does this killing prove. That there are bullies in this world? Why not let Afghanistan determine its own future. Why is that such a great problem.

To anyone who is afraid of Afghanistan's self determination, I have just a few words to say. If you call yourself a true believer then why do you fear? You say you believe in the one true God? Then back it up with your faith. Do this not with the sword but with your faith. Pray that all Afghans act with wisdom and love. Ask your one true God to be in charge. If not this then ask your God to let his will of something better than this.

To all who call themselves Christians, Jews, and Muslims is it such a problem to trust God. Is it such a problem to pray for wisdom and guidance? Is it such a problem to trust God to work things out. Is it such a problem to put violence aside. Is it such a problem to allow others to have the rights that you crave for yourself.

As for me, action speaks louder than words. As for me, violence to convince another that your religious beliefs are right creates nothing but atheists.

In addition, before anyone calls themselves brave remember that these people go to the polls to vote unarmed. They stand up for all people, as far as I am concerned.

Plus, there are people all over the world who are standing up to crime. Any many cases their lives, their families, their very livelihoods are threatened.

Below is a video about the voting in Afghanistan.

The Afghans are not the only brave people. There are also the Mexicans who are standing up to the drug cartels along the Mexico and USA border. Along side them on the USA side stand the USA citizens. Both side are beleaguered but there are those who are standing up. Sometimes they are murdered. Many times they are law officers, lawyers and just ordinary citizens. But, they stand up. Would you? That is the question. Is this a matter for thought?

Below are videos about what is going on in the country of Mexico. The first is a video of what is going on at the border. I could not embed the second video so I put a link. It is a must see. The last video shows what is happening to the children who live along the border of Mexico and the USA.

So those who think they are great leaders, those who think they have all the answers and those who consider themselves the movers and shakers of the world because they have all the answers, what is your answer to this? Why can't you stop this? Do you want to stop this?

RE: Horrors! Is The Internet Being Taken Captive?

This about a bill concerning Internet neutrality. Watch closely. Watch this very close.y

RE: Shut Down The Internet?

Dear Reader,

Oops! Something just came to the attention of "A Matter for Thought?"

Is there a world wide movement to shut down the Internet? Well I found a UTube Link where some video clips say yes. The first one is a clip of Jay Rockefeller giving his two cents worth. I really cannot decide if he is for or against taking down the Web

The announcer in this video talks about Net II. The governments in the world want to shut down the web because it is terrible.

Well God forbid that the general public should know anything. Right?

Here is more information about what is in store for the Net. Should the world citizens be leery of these people in government. I mean the ones that have decided the average people of the world are just to-o-o-o stupid to wisely decide anything for themselves? World citizenry needs the expert guidance of people in the upper reaches of the economic ladder who never invented anything and never started a company.

Here's an idea. Afraid of how the Internet may lose precious data? Put it on "hard copy". Look up the term: hard copy. Afraid of losing something do to power outrage and solar outrages not to mention other natural anomalies? Use "hard copy". Got it? Here are some more sites about hard copy that may of interest to all of you really smart politicians, etc. who are so much more smarter than we "little people".

Of course some of these articles are written by the "great unwashed." (Another title for the "little people")
http://goodblimey.com/archives/2003/12/06/should-internet-be-controlled/ Very necessary reading for those who wish to control the Internet.

http://www.earlham.edu/~pols/ps17971/asia1/lavista.html. Discuss how the Internet can help stop governments from making disastrous decisions. This is just one example. The following quote is what has stuck in my mind the most.

However, the need of states to remain current in issues such as scientific advancements and commercial developments forces governments of states to acknowledge and accept the internet.

Does the above quote leave room for thought? I think so. How about you Dear Reader?

From the same article entitled  "Those Who have Knowledge of the Internet Can Not Be Controlled by The Government"comes the following:

Deedee Halleck does not ignore the fact that societies that have "violently repressive governments" (she gives the examples of Iraq and Libya) are having problems becoming involved in the information technology revolution, and citizens of these areas have difficulty acquiring usage of the internet. However, the need of states to remain current in issues such as scientific advancements and commercial developments forces governments of states to acknowledge and accept the internet. Halleck states that "We have a kind of knowledge market going on which is in a way, impervious to the efforts of the states to control it." According to this form of thought, in order for a state to progress the goverment must take the risk of placing themselves in a position where they are vulnerable to the occurance of a revolution. With this fact, the fight for human rights using the internet proceeds to develop succesfully in various territories despite governmental beliefs.
Does this mean that if government officials want their state to progress, become powerful and rich then there is a need for free exchange of information? Think about it! Check it out in the annals of history. When did a society or the world make the greatest advancements. When did the greatest wealth come forth? Read your history a great, noble, fearless, vastly intelligent leaders of the world. The truth shall set you free!

As for protecting children, no problem exists here. There is now cloud computing and software that can do that. Plus Dear Reader, a parent has a right to look at a child's computer. Here is another idea, keep pedophiles and other type of predators away from children. I do mean for life. This is what psychologists and psychiatrists recommend.

Here are some links that may help, Dear Reader:

http://www.protectkids.com/ This particular site has a great maze. In the maze are a lot of links to click. Click on "Internet Dangers" and you get a wealth of information about the dangers of the Internet for children. Click on the "Youth Safety Rules". and there are a *pluforia" of suggestions on keeping youth safe on the Internet.

By the way, Dear Reader, these governments that want to protect kids, did it ever occur to them that the Internet unfettered can actually help them *ferret out the dangers. Think About It!

Oh by the way here are some more suggestions for how to protect kids.
http://www.microsoft.com/protect/familysafety/default.aspx
http://billmullins.wordpress.com/2008/01/01/how-to-protect-your-children-on-the-internet-20-tips/
http://www.ivillage.com/7-ways-protect-your-kids-internet/6-a-128701

Now then to change the subject. How to protect governments from cyber attacks is discussed in the following links:
http://www.net-security.org/secworld.php?id=9556 Discusses a new program for the government of the USA I presume. "Perfect Citizen" is the name of the program. This is just one idea.
http://www.idsecuritysuite.com/blog/protect-yourself-against-a-cyber-attack Talks about how the average citizen can protect their home computers from cyber attacks. There might be something of use for governments here. Think about it!

Oh yeah! Here is another thought. Control Freaks! Maybe this should be for another entry.

Dear Reader, please feel free to comment. Keep it clean, keep it to the point and keep it wholesome. No violence please. Violent material is *verboten!

To one and all think. Think about it! If thinking causes a headache take two aspirin and go to bed. If pain continues through the next day then go to doctor. If a doctor is unavailable or affordable then find a big rock. A very big rock. Hit foot, no difference which, with rock. Pain of foot will make pain of head less noticeable. If not then for those who like to complain (like the writer of this blog) then there will be something to really complain about.

With further use of the brain for real critical thinking headaches from thinking should cease. Over time thinking may become enjoyable. Thinking may be a key to prosperity, happiness and peace.

Stay Tuned! More discussion on this subject to come here brought to you by one crazy bird!

Definitions as pertains to this entry.

*pluforia Seemingly endless amount of information. Information that sprouts up like weeds out of control. ( A little literacy license here.

*ferret Can mean a small mammal but in this article is in the verbal sense meaning to search.

*verboten German for forbidden

RE: About This Blog

Dear Reader,

Yeah I am talking to you, you personally. Can we talk? I mean can "we"  talk? I need someone to talk to about things I have been seeing on the net, on television, in the news and in real life. There are some things I on which I need to vent. Not all of these things are positive but then they are not negative. Something new may come up.

A lot of the negative things are:

Forced child marriages.
Cruelty to people and to animals.
Waste of all things
Rudeness
People Who Have A Sense of Entitlement
Rampant Starvation for No Reason
Stupid Stuff Done in The Name of  Religion
People Trying to Blame God or a Superior Being for Their Own Ignorance
People Trying to Force Their Will on Everyone Else
Taxation Without Representation
Ms. and Mr. Average Man Expected to Carry and Support The Rest of The World Including The Rich
People Who Complain But Do Nothing (Ooops, could that be me?)
A Feeling of Hopelessness
(There is more but I have not the energy to put here at this time)

The Positive Things I See

Children Pursuing an Education in Spite of Threats
Women and Men Who Speakout for Right in Spite of the Risks
People Who Altruistically help Others With No Thought of Personal Gain
People Who Act with Common Decency Towards All
People Who Listen First
People Who Are Loving
Children Who Act with More Maturity Than Adults

PS
Feel free to comment here. Also feel free to suggest topics you would like to discuss. Obsene and threatening material, plus any against Blogger's rules will not be honored.

Feel free to suggest subjects that you want to discuss too.
